Keyword egg white, gin, lemon juice, Licor 43, olive oil, Rosemary syrup
1 ½ oz. Gin¾ oz. Lemon juice½ oz. Rosemary syrup¼ oz. Licor 43¼ oz. Extra virgin olive oil1 Egg white
Combine ingredients and dry shake (no ice).
Add ice and hard shake.
Strain into Nick and Nora glass.
Garnish with 3 drops of Peychaud’s made into hearts.
