10 Prime Seafood in Providence, RI, has launched “Poppy Hour,” available daily from 4:30–6:00 p.m. The featured pairing is a $12 glass of Moët & Chandon Champagne served with complimentary fresh organic popcorn.
The restaurant also offers Happy Hour pricing on a limited menu of cocktails, wine/beer and small plates. For instance, Aragosta vermentino is available by the glass for $6, while a glass of Laetitia pinot noir sells for $10. The Ten Prime Vodka Martini with Gorgonzola-stuffed olives costs $8 during 10 Prime Seafood’s Happy Hour, and a Whalers Rise beer from Whalers Brewing Co. in Wakefield, RI, is priced at just $4.
“Food to Help Your Drink Go Down” includes Super Crunchy Fish Sliders (two per order) with cheese, lettuce, and remoulade, priced at $14; Crispy Clam Strips with hot peppers and remoulade ($10); Bluefin Tuna Crispy Rice with sriracha mayonnaise ($12); Salmon Crispy Rice with avocado and coconut aminos ($10); Teriyaki Certified Angus Beef cooked on the hibachi grill with yuzu soy ($10); Tempura Broccoli with sambal aïoli ($8); and Hand-Cut Fries with rosemary aïoli ($6).
10 Prime Seafood, which opened this past November, is the newest concept from Chow Fun Food Group. The restaurant operator also owns Ten Prime Steak & Sushi, Xaco Taco, Oz, and Harry’s Bar & Burger in Providence.
