Our Favorite Easy Pisco Cocktails

“Pisco is a great spirit with a great story,” says Yefri Cortave from Loma in Providence, Rhode Island. At the bar, the team has recently featured an Italia pisco, and Cortave says guests are taken aback by “how fragrant and perfumey it is.”

To start, here are some of our favorite recipes, from other Peruvian classics like the Chirulín to simple swaps in well-known templates, like Loma’s Bee’s Knees to entirely new drinks like the Bright Side.
