Beverage Management Group Disrupts the RTD Space with ‘Por Qué No’

The team responsible for scaling some of the most iconic names in the spirits world such as Casamigos, Grey Goose, and Jägermeister, is officially setting its sights on the Ready-to-Drink (RTD) category.

Beverage Management Group, LLC has announced the Spring 2026 debut of Por Qué No, a new line of premium tequila and vodka-based canned cocktails designed to challenge the status quo of the current market.

Led by industry veterans Lee Einsidler, Olivier Bugat, Mat Jaronko, Sandra Falconer, and Jeff Einsidler, the group brings over a century of collective experience to this launch. After decades of defining what “premium” looks like in the bottle, they are now applying that same rigor to the 12 oz. can.

“There is something truly special about what our team created here,” says co-founder Lee Einsidler. “I’ve been fortunate to launch some amazing brands in my life, and Por Qué No is no exception. It’s even more exciting to be partnering with SGWS and our extended distributor family again to introduce Por Qué No across the country.”

Por Qué No enters the arena with a “lightly sparkling” profile and a commitment to bold, unapologetic flavor. The initial rollout features two distinct expressions that lean into tropical and spicy profiles:

Mango Guava: A collision of bright tropical sweetness balanced by a sharp citrus edge.

Watermelon Pineapple Chili Lime: A layered experience of juicy fruit, a subtle hint of spice, and a crisp lime finish.

In an increasingly health-conscious market, Por Qué No hits the “triple threat” of consumer demands: low calorie, no added sugar, and gluten-free, all while maintaining a sessionable ABV.

Leveraging their deep-rooted industry relationships, Por Qué No will first hit shelves in the Northeast this Spring.
