½ oz. Fusion verjus blanc½ oz. Clarified banana juice¼ oz. Cinnamon bark syrup½ oz. Alvear pale cream sherry1 oz. Toasted sesame-infused Power’s Gold Irish whiskeyTop with Badger ginger ale
Combine all ingredients, except the ginger ale, in a mixing glass.
Stir well with ice.
Strain into a sherry or cocktail glass.
Top ginger ale.
Garnish with a lemon wheel.
