2 oz. Mezcal Mezul1 oz. Coconut cream¾ oz. Pineapple juice¾ oz. Aperol½ oz. Cointreau½ oz. Fresh lime juice½ oz. Aquafaba or egg whites
Pour all the ingredients into the shaker.
Shake for approximately 10 seconds.
Remove the ice from the shaker and dry shake for 5 more seconds.
Pour the mixture into a tall glass with ice.
Garnish with rosemary or pineapple leaves.
