Keyword agave, Ancho Reyes chile liqueur, beet juice, lemon, tequila
1 ¾ oz. Tequila⅓ oz. Ancho Reyes chile liqueur3 ⅓ oz. Beet juice¾ oz. Lemon juice½ oz. Agave syrup
Add decorative cocktail ice cube.
Combine ingredients in shaker and shake.
Pour into a Collins glass.
Garnish with activated charcoal, sugar or pepper rim.
