Whisk: Start by whisking the peanut butter, sesame oil, soy sauce, lime juice, sweet chili sauce, fish sauce, brown sugar, ginger, and garlic in a bowl. Then, pour it over your favorite salad. You can store it in an airtight container in the fridge.

Crunchy Peanut Butter: You can use crunchy peanut butter if you want a little crunchy texture to your dressing.
