MoM Dutch Barn Competition 2024 T&Cs

THE PROMOTER: The promoter is Atom Supplies Limited (company register number 03193057), trading as Master of Malt (MoM) and having its registered office at Unit 1 Ton Business Park, 2-8 Morley Road, Tonbridge, Kent, TN9 1RA, United Kingdom. 
THESE TERMS AND PRIVACY POLICY: By entering this competition, entrants confirm they have read and understood these terms and the MoM Privacy Policy (and the way we process personal data), and agree that these terms and the MoM Privacy Policy are binding to them. MoM reserves the right to amend these terms and to hold void, suspend, cancel or amend this competition at any time.
ELIGIBILITY: This competition is only open to private individuals acting in their capacity as retail consumers who are 18 years or older and are residents of the United Kingdom, excluding Northern Ireland. To be eligible, the shipping address for the winning entry must be in the UK, excluding Northern Ireland.  Ineligible entries (howsoever received) will be discarded. The competition is not open to any employees of MoM or any of its associated companies (nor their immediate families). MoM reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) at any time and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who it believes has breached any of these terms, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or improper conduct which may undermine the fair and proper conduct of this competition, and to discard any entry which reflects any such conduct.
ENTRY/COMPETITION PERIOD: This competition opens at 09:00:00 UK time on 2 DECEMBER 2024 and closes at 23:59:59 UK time on 8 DECEMBER 2024 (the entry period). 
HOW TO ENTER: To enter, eligible individuals must purchase a 70cl bottle of Dutch Barn Orchard Vodka from www.masterofmalt.com (subject to availability) during the entry period. For a purchase to be a qualifying entry: (i) it must be made on www.masterofmalt.com; (ii) it must be completed within the entry period (i.e. payment approved and order confirmation received before the expiry of the entry period); and (iii) it must be made on and subject to MoM’s standard Consumer Terms of Business (a qualifying entry). Multiple entries are permitted! Any determination whether a purchase is a qualifying entry will be made by MoM in its sole discretion.
WINNER(S): MoM will choose 1 winner at random out of all qualifying entries shortly after the entry period ends. The selection of the winner made will be final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.  
THE PRIZE: The winner will win two tickets to Ricky Gervais’s show, “Mortality” at the Birmingham Utilita Arena at 19:30 on Wednesday 29th January 2025. The prize will also include: standard return train travel for 2 people to and from Birmingham from any railway station located in mainland UK; standard accomodation for 2 people at a local hotel (selected by Ellers Farm Distillery Limited t/a Dutch Barn Vodka) for 1 night including complimentary breakfast. This will be one double or twin room for both attendees to share; standard railway station travel to the hotel accommodation in Birmingham; standard return transfers to the Birmingham Utilita Arena from the selected hotel. The prize is provided by Dutch Barn Vodka. The prize and all travel and accommodation arrangements relating to the prize will be the sole responsibility of Dutch Barn Vodka. MoM will not be responsible for any failure or delay in travel and accommodation arrangements or any cancellations of or delays in the show. Important travel restrictions are set out in paragraph 8 below. The prize is strictly non-negotiable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for any equivalent cash value, cash alternative, or for other items. 
IMPORTANT BOOKING AND TRAVELLING RESTRICTIONS: The winner claims the prize subject to the following restrictions: train travel will be available from railway stations in mainland UK only; the hotel accommodation will include one room with a double or twin room which will be shared by both attendees; all prize elements are subject to availability; all elements of the prize must be taken at the same time; both attendees must be aged 18 or over; for the avoidance of doubt, the prize excludes travel to your departing railway station, meals and drinks (except where stated above), any additional excursions and attractions, treatments, car hire, tips, gratuities, spending money, personal expenses and anything else not expressly included in the prize description set out above.
OTHER COSTS OR EXPENSES: All costs or expenses not listed in paragraph 7 incurred by the winners and their guest (where applicable) in taking up the prizes shall be the sole responsibility of the winners and their guest.
AVAILABILITY TO TRAVEL: The winner and their guest will be responsible for ensuring that they will be available to travel and attend the show on the dates specified and required, and that they hold all necessary travel documentation incidental to the fulfilment of the prize.
CLAIMING THE PRIZE: The name of the winner will be announced on MoM’s blog as soon as practicable following selection. MoM will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner via email or by telephone as soon as practicable. If the winner cannot be contacted and has not claimed the prize within 5 days of MoM making reasonable attempts to contact them, MoM reserves the right to select an alternative qualifying entry and to offer the prize to another entrant. MoM cannot accept any responsibility if any winner is unable to claim the prize within the time limit set out above. MoM may contact the winner for feedback in respect of the competition and/or any prize and may use any feedback provided when announcing the results and promoting the competition or subsequent competitions.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:  MoM shall not be responsible for any purchase which does not qualify you for entry for any reason (for example, due to technical error, payment error or connection failure). MoM shall not be responsible for delivery of any prize to an incorrect address. Insofar as is permitted by law, none of MoM, its agents, employees, and/or representatives shall be responsible or liable to compensate any competition entrant and/or the winner and/or their guest for any loss, damage, personal injury or death whatsoever and howsoever caused, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with their participation in this competition (including in taking up any prize), except where caused by the proven negligence of MoM, its agents, employees, and/or authorised representatives. Competition entrants’ statutory rights are not affected.
DUTCH BARN VODKA’S PRIVACY POLICY: MoM is required to provide the winner’s and their guest’s details to Dutch Barn Vodka’s in order for the prize to be fulfilled.  Once the details are passed onto Dutch Barn Vodka, Dutch Barn Vodka shall act as data controller for such personal data and process the personal data in accordance with its privacy policy. GENERAL: These terms shall be governed by the law of England and Wales, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
