Persimmon-ious
Course Drinks
Keyword elderflower liqueur, lemon, persimmon, Simple syrup, sparkling wine, vodka
1 ½ oz. Origen vodka1 oz. St. Germain elderflower liqueur1 oz. Fresh lemon juice1 oz. Simple syrup½ oz. diced PersimmonChampagne or sparkling wine
Place persimmon and syrup in a cocktail shaker and muddle well.
Add the remaining ingredients and ice and shake until well chilled.
Strain into flute or large coupe glass.
Top with Champagne or sparkling wine.
Garnish with fresh mint.

Cranberry Spritz
Course Drinks
Keyword Aperol, apple brandy, cranberry, prosecco
13 ½ oz. Apple brandy18 oz. Aperol18 oz. Cranberry juice2 bottles of Prosecco
In a ring mold with water, freeze 1 lb. of cranberries and six sprigs of rosemary.
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl or beverage dispenser.
Pop the frozen ring on top 20 minutes before serving.

Winter Spritz

Keyword cinnamon bitters, elderflower liqueur, sparkling wine, white cranberry juice
1 ½ oz. St. Germain elderflower liqueur3 oz. White cranberry juice2 oz. Sparkling wine2 dashes Cinnamon bitters
Build cocktail in a wine glass with ice.
Garnish with frozen cranberries and a sprig of rosemary.

Midnight Kiss

1 part Hudson Whiskey Bright Lights Big Bourbon½ part Triple sec2 parts Apple cider3 parts Chilled Champagne
Mix the whiskey, triple sec and cider in a flute.
Top with chilled Champagne.

Heavy Handed

1 oz. Antica Formula1 oz. Campari3 dashes Chocolate bitters3 dashes Absinthe3 oz. Lambrusco
Build in a bodega glass.
Top with lambrusco and add cracked ice.
Stir three times.
Garnish with a single orange slice.

Sparkling Holiday Punch

Keyword cranberry, Empress gin, lime, orange liqueur, prosecco
12 oz. Empress 1908 Indigo gin4 oz. Orange liqueur12 oz. Cranberry juice6 oz. Lime juiceProsecco
Add all ingredients except prosecco to a pitcher or punch bowl.
Add ice and stir until chilled.
Serve over ice and top each serving with prosecco.

Midnight Pear-secco

Keyword pear syrup, sparkling wine, vodka
2 parts Reyka vodka1 part Pear syrup2 parts Prosecco or sparkling wine
Add vodka, pear syrup, and edible dust to a shaker.
Shake to combine and strain into a coupe or flute.
Top with chilled prosecco or sparkling wine.
Garnish with Pear slices and Edible gold dust.
