Handful of fresh raspberries1 ½ oz. Non-alcoholic gin1 oz. Fresh lime juice½ oz. Simple syrupGinger beer to top off
In a cocktail shaker, add a handful of fresh raspberries.
Use a muddler or the back of a spoon to gently mash the raspberries, releasing their juices.
Pour in the non-alcoholic gin, lime juice, and simple syrup.
Fill the shaker with ice and shake.
Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice.
Top with ginger beer and stir.
