1 ½ oz. Vanilla-infused vodka1 oz. Hennessey VSOP Cognac½ oz. Lime juice1 oz. Agave syrup½ small piece of fresh Tomato1 drop Celery bitters1 drop Cherry bittersdash Pico di papaya hot sauce
Rim a Martini glass with a mix of lime peel, cayenne and dried jalapeno.
Combine ingredients in mixing tin and shake.
Strain into rimmed Martini glass.
Garnish with a dehydrated citrus wheel.
