Crafted by Bartender Roshawan Johnson, this cozy winter drink combines Blended Scotch, Irish Whiskey, Bailey’s Irish Cream, Pink House Spiced Butternut Pumpkin Simple Syrup, and Cinnamon Syrup, all topped with freshly grated nutmeg. The result is a warm and comforting flavor profile, perfect for savoring during the chilly months.

Cashmere Sweater

Ingredients

1 oz. Blended Scotch
1 oz. Irish Whiskey
1 oz. Bailey’s Irish Cream
1/2 oz. Pink House Pumpkin Spice Syrup
1/2 oz. Cinnamon Syrup*
Grated Nutmeg

Preparation

Add all ingredients to a shaking tin.
Shake and strain over a large ice cube.
Garnish with grated nutmeg.

Cinnamon Syrup*

Ingredients

1 cup Demerara Sugar
1 cup Water
4-5 Cracked Cinnamon Sticks

Preparation

Add all ingredients to a pot and bring to a boil.
Let simmer for one minute.
Remove from heat and continue to steep until completely cooled.
Strain out the cinnamon stick pieces.
Store for up to two months refrigerated.
