New York cocktail lounge Bar Bastion has teamed up with Baccarat for a limited time collaboration. The bar on Feb. 26 unveiled a curated cocktail menu served exclusively in Baccarat’s crystal glassware that celebrates a shared dedication to craft, masterful technique, creativity and heritage.
For example, the Radiant Rouge, priced at $28, is served in the Talleyrand “Encore” Coupe. It’s described as a bold and refreshing blend of olive oil-washed Truman vodka, tomato water and dry vermouth, finished with a basil oil garnish. The same glass is used for the spirit-free Luminous Bloom ($20), made with pineapple juice, ginger syrup, lemon and NA sparkling wine.
The Golden Harmonie cocktail ($30) is a mix of Zacapa 23 rum, Diplomático Reserva rum, and walnut bitters, topped with edible gold flakes and served in the Harmonie Tumbler. And the Le Fourneau ($32), crafted with The Gardener Gin, rhubarb, and ginger foam, is presented in the Mille Nuits Glass for a visually stunning and flavorful experience.
Part of The Bastion Collection, Bar Bastion opened in March 2023 and is located above Le Jardinier restaurant. Le Jardinier’s executive pastry chef Salvatore Martone created a specialty dessert for the LTO: a Raspberry Chocolate Bonbon, inspired by Baccarat’s crystal. The LTO Baccarat menu will be available at Bar Bastion until the end of April.
