This crimson tequila cocktail incorporates a touch of Campari for bitterness.
Siesta de Gato
Ingredients
1 ½ oz. Tequila Don Gato Blanco½ oz. Campari¾ oz. Lime juice¾ oz. Grapefruit juice¾ oz. Agave nectar1 small pinch Salt
Instructions
Fill a mixing glass with ice and add all ingredients.
Shake and then strain into a coupe or Martini glass.
Garnish with a grapefruit peel or lime wheel.
