Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits (Southern Glazer’s) has been awarded a place on the Forbes list of America’s Best Employers for New Grads 2025.
America’s Best Employers for New Grads 2025 were identified in an independent survey of over 100,000 U.S. young professionals (employees who have less than 10 years of work experience) working for companies employing at least 1,000 people within the U.S., according to Southern Glazer’s.
The final score is based on two types of evaluations:
Personal (those given by employees themselves)
Public (those given by friends and family members of employees, or members of the public who work in the same industry), with a much higher weighting for personal evaluations.
“We are deeply honored to receive this recognition for a second year,” said Amy Kickham, executive vice president, chief human resources officer, Southern Glazer’s, in a news release. “This special award is a testament to our dedication to helping new professionals thrive in their career journey, providing an impactful start and a space to learn and grow. We value the contributions new graduates bring to the workplace to help shape our future.”
Southern Glazer’s efforts have led to measurable progress, according to the company, particularly in increasing representation across all categories, creating policies that support a fair work environment and implementing ongoing training programs to ensure all employees feel empowered and supported. Based on the results of the study, Southern Glazer’s is honored to be recognized on the Forbes list of America’s Best Employers for New Grads 2025.
