2 Cucumber Slices, muddled
2 oz. Wheatley Vodka
1 oz. Agave
¾ oz. Lemon Juice
¼ oz Coconut Puree
1 Egg White
1-1 ½ bar spoons of real Wasabi
Muddle cucumber slices, then add all ingredients to a shaker.
Dry shake vigorously to emulsify the egg white, then add ice and shake again.
Strain into a frosted coupe glass and enjoy immediately.
