1 oz. Mezcal Espadin½ oz. Honey syrup1 oz. Guava purée such as Boiron or Perfect Purée¼ oz. Blood orange juice½ oz. Campari¼ oz. Alma Finca orange liqueur2 oz. Sparkling wine
Add the ingredients (except sparkling wine) in a shaker with ice and shake.
Strain into snifter glass with ice.
Top with sparkling wine.
Decorate with a slice of grapefruit slice and edible flowers.
