Angel’s Envy Releases Two-Grain Bourbon and Peated Rye

Angel’s Envy just released two new spirits: Two Grain Bourbon and Peated Cask Rye. Both of these offerings are available exclusively at the Angel’s Envy distillery in Louisville, KY.

The Two-Grain Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey and Peated Cask Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey finished in Scotch barrels retail for $54.99 each, according to the distillery. Master distiller Owen Martin’s time in Scotland and Kentucky inspired this dual release.

Bottled at 112 proof, the Two-Grain Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is made from a mash bill of 90% corn sourced from Langley Farms in Shelbyville, KY and 10% malted barley, according to the distillery. The Peated Cask Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey features peated smokiness of islay with notes of pepper, herbs and earthy spice and is bottled at 100 proof.
