Lofted Spirits Realigns Distribution in New York

Lofted Spirits, parent company of Bardstown Bourbon and Green River Whiskey brands, will realign distribution in New York state. Beginning this month, the Lofted Spirits portfolio will be represented by the newly formed New York Wine & Spirits Collective, a partnership of leading Molson Coors distributors that span the entire state, from Long Island to Buffalo.

The New York Wine & Spirits Collective unites Manhattan Beer & Beverage, DeCrescente Distributing Co., McCraith Beverages, High Peaks Distributing, AL George and Wright Beverage Distributing, according to the company. Together, this network delivers a statewide solution for wine and spirits suppliers.

“Lofted Spirits is committed to building lasting partnerships that match the strength and ambition of our brands,” said Scott Blazek, chief commercial officer, Lofted Spirits, in a news release. “The New York Wine & Spirits Collective shares our values and recognizes the tremendous opportunity for Bardstown and Green River in New York. With this realignment, we are positioned to better serve accounts, elevate execution and unlock growth in a market that has been historically underserved.”

The New York alignment continues Lofted Spirits’ coast-to-coast expansion strategy, according to the company, which in recent months has included distribution in New Jersey with Garden State Premier Wholesalers, a similarly constructed new conglomerate.

Lofted Spirits was previously represented in the state by Empire Merchants.
