Little drinks are a big deal for Call Me Pearl at The Rally Hotel in Denver, CO. The bar’s “Tiny ’Tinis,” which run on special occasions throughout the year, enable guests to enjoy a variety of flavors without having to commit to a full-size cocktail or risk a hangover. They also make for a fun, shareable experience with friends and provide Instagram-worthy moment.
For instance, the 2024 New Year’s offering included the Midnight Sparkler, made with Tito’s vodka, dry vermouth, lemon and glitter; The Resolution, with Ford’s Gin, dry vermouth, olive; and the Ball Drop Bliss, with Old Forester rye, sweet vermouth, bitters and cherry. Available Dec. 27 through Dec. 31, the ’Tinis were priced at $15 for the flight of all three or $6 each.
St. Patrick’s Day Tiny ’Tinis (shown atop) included the Rainbow’s End, made with Slane Irish whiskey, lemon and Blue Curaçao, and the Velvet Shamrock, with Bailey’s Irish Cream and Borghetti coffee liqueur.
“The Tiny ’Tini isn’t just adorable, it’s intentional,” says Stephanie Franks, area marketing manager at The Rally Hotel. “We invite our guests to savor a perfectly chilled Martini from first sip to last, without the rush. At Call Me Pearl, it’s a moment of luxury, scaled to perfection.”
