Keyword cardamom bitters, Dewar’s Scotch, Ginger syrup, grapefruit, lemon, mango liqueur, Simple syrup
2 oz. Dewars 12 Year Old Scotch¾ oz. Mango liqueur½ oz. Lemon juice½ oz. Grapefruit juice½ oz. Simple syrup¼ oz. Ginger syrup2 dashes Cardamom bitters
Combine ingredients and shake.
Strain all ingredients into rocks glass with a big ice block.
Garnish with a grapefruit peel coin.
