Southern Glazer’s Promotes Amanda Doucett to EVP, GM of Alaska, Idaho and Washington

Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits (Southern Glazer’s) announced the promotion of Amanda Doucett to executive vice president, general manager of Alaska, Idaho and Washington markets, effective November 1, 2025.

In this role, Doucett will report directly to Lewis Kenrick, president, West Region, and will be responsible for leading all business activities in the Pacific Northwest market, according to the company.

“Amanda has consistently demonstrated an exceptional commitment to excellence through her work ethic, and her recent promotion is well deserved,” said Kenrick in a news release. “She has shown extraordinary growth since starting in merchandising and will now return to the Pacific Northwest in a pivotal leadership role – a testament to her career trajectory at Southern Glazer’s. The team and I are looking forward to collaborating with and supporting her in this new role as she takes on the next chapter of her career.”

Prior to this promotion, Doucett served as the senior vice president, commercial operations of the East Region, according to the company, where she was responsible for managing commercial sales deliverables including planning, goals, metrics, supplier performance management, marketing and sales force optimization, and leading strategic supplier interactions.

Doucett began her career at Southern Glazer’s in 2010 as a merchandiser in Seattle, Washington, and was quickly promoted to the role of sales representative, according to the company. Throughout her career, she has held multiple roles of increasing responsibility across different functions, including sales, trade development and commercial operations. Doucett was later promoted to vice president and general manager, Transatlantic, Washington where she utilized her cross functional experience to drive profitable growth for the company and supplier partners, Bacardi and Heaven Hill. In addition, she implemented several initiatives to promote a culture of belonging at Southern Glazer’s.
