RNDC Appoints Marc Sachs as President and CEO
Republic National Distributing Company (RNDC) announced that its Board of Directors has appointed Marc Sachs as the company’s permanent president and CEO, effective immediately. Sachs has been serving as RNDC’s interim CEO and president since October 17, 2025, and will continue to serve as a member of the Board of Directors.
Sachs brings more than 30 years of leadership experience and a deep understanding of RNDC’s business, relationships and people. Over nearly two decades with the company, he advanced through roles of increasing responsibility, including vice president of supplier business development, strengthening supplier partnerships, shaping growth strategies and driving commercial and operational excellence with an eye toward innovation, according to the company.
His tenure spans sales, supplier development and strategic initiatives, and he currently serves on RNDC’s Board of Directors. Before joining RNDC, Sachs began his career in advertising, leading national campaigns for major consumer brands before transitioning into the beverage alcohol industry in 2005 with Block Distributing, according to the company.
Helping to Lead RNDC to Success
As CEO, Sachs will focus on strengthening commercial and operational performance, supporting and empowering RNDC’s markets and people, and guiding long-term strategic priorities across the company’s footprint—including a renewed emphasis on the customer experience and the capabilities that will drive RNDC’s future success, according to the company.
