Dam Winter Punch

2 parts Damrak Virgin NA gin2 parts Fresh orange juice2 parts Cinnamon tea5 parts Apple cider1 part Honey syrup or ½ part honey2 tsps. Apple cider vinegarSeasonal spices: star anise cloves, cinnamon, orange zest
Mix all ingredients in a pitcher.
Let rest for 1 hour before serving.

2 thin Cucumber slices3 oz. Green tea chilled1 oz. Apple juice¾ oz. Simple syrup½ oz. Lime juice

A Night in Madagascar

¾ oz. Lime juice¾ oz. Real Madagascar vanilla syrup¼ oz. Simple syrup1 oz. Jumex guava nectar1 ½ oz. Hibiscus tea
Combine ingredients and shake.
Pour into rocks glass.
Finish with hibiscus salt (blend dried hibiscus flowers; mix equal parts hibiscus powder, salt and sugar).
Garnish a flower.

Lavender Dreams

1 oz. Lavender butterfly pea tea simple syrup*4 oz. House-made LemonadeSplash of Fever Tree sparkling Sicilian lemonade
Add lavender simple to the bottom of a gold-rimmed glass.
Add ice, lemonade, then top with Fever-Tree lemonade
Garnish with a dehydrated lemon wheel and micro flower.
*For Lavender butterfly pea tea simple syrup:, add 2 tablespoons Add 2 tablespoons of butterfly pea tea to 33 oz. of simple syrup (1:1 ratio sugar to water). Let steep until dark purple.

Muddle the raspberries in a shaker.
Add the Earl Grey tea, raspberry hibiscus syrup and lemon juice.
Shake well with ice, then strain into a glass over fresh ice.
Top with a splash of club soda, gently stir.
Garnish with extra raspberries or a lemon twist.

Sugar Roots Spritz
Course Drinks
Keyword hibiscus syrup, lime, soda
2 oz. House-made hibiscus syrup*½ oz. Fresh lime juiceSoda water
Fill a wine glass with ice.
Pour in hibiscus syrup and lime juice.
Add soda water to fill the glass and stir briefly.
Garnish with an orange peel.
*For Hibiscus syrup
Combine 1 cup sugar and 1 cup water in a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Take off heat and add ½ cup dried hibiscus flowers (we use a combination of pink and orange). Let steep for 15 minutes then strain out flowers. Cool and store in an airtight container or jar in fridge for up to 1 week.

Ritual Winter Margarita
Course Drinks
Keyword cranberry juice, lime juice, orange juice, Ritual NA agave, Simple syrup
2 oz. Ritual agave spirit alternative1 ½ oz. Cranberry juice1 ½ oz. Lime juice1 ½ oz. Orange juice¼ oz. Simple syrup
Combine all ingredients into a shaker with ice.
Shake until chilled.
Strain into a glass rimmed with salt.
Garnish with cranberries.
