Ingredients

2 oz. The Perfect Purée Soursop Puree, thawed
½ oz. Orgeat Syrup
4 oz. Sparkling Water
1 dash of Cinnamon
Garnish: 1 Cinnamon Stick

Preparation

Combine ingredients except for sparkling water into a mixing glass with ice.
Shake with a Boston Shaker and strain into a serving glass over the rocks.
Top with sparkling water and garnish with a cinnamon stick and dash of cinnamon.
