Chocolate Covered Strawberry Martini

Course Drinks
Keyword Baileys chocolate liqueur, half and half, rum, strawberry

Ingredients

1 oz. Strawberry-infused Sonrisa Platino rum2 oz. Baileys chocolate liqueur½ oz. Half and halfChocolate-covered strawberry garnish

Instructions

Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice.
Shake well until chilled.
Strain into a chilled Martini glass.
Garnish with a chocolate-covered strawberry.

Course Drinks
Keyword cranberry juice, High Rise Citrus THC infusion, lime juice, orange juice, Simple syrup

Ingredients

1 ½ oz. High Rise Citrus THC infusion1 oz. Cranberry juice1 oz. Lime juice½ oz. Orange juice½ oz. Simple syrup

Instructions

Add ingredients to a shaker with ice.
Shake well until chilled.
Fine strain into a chilled coupe or Martini glass.
Garnish with lime wheel.

Ingredients

1 ½ oz. Tito’s Vodka1 oz. Strawberry puree½ oz. Fresh lime juice½ oz. Simple syrupSplash of cranberry juice

Instructions

Shake all ingredients with ice.
Strain over fresh rocks.
Garnish with Pop Rocks, fresh strawberry and mint.

Ingredients

¾ oz. Lemon juice¼ oz. Vanilla Demerara syrup¼ oz. Raspberry puree½ oz. Chambord1 oz. Pineapple juice2 oz. Vodka

Instructions

Combine ingredients and shake.
Double strain into a coupe glass.
Garnish with a skewered mint leaf and cherry.

Course Drinks
Keyword bourbon, lime, mint, orange bitters, raspberries, raspberry liqueur, Simple syrup

Ingredients

8 Raspberries8 Mint leaves1 Lime, juiced2 oz. Blended bourbon2 oz. Raspberry liqueur2 oz. Simple syrup4 droppers about ½ tsp. Bluegrass Bitters 5-Spice Orange bitters

Instructions

Muddle raspberries and mint leaves in a shaker or glass.
Add bourbon, raspberry liqueur, simple syrup, bitters and lime juice.
Fill shaker with ice and shake for about 30 seconds.
Double strain into two chilled coupe glasses.
Garnish with mint leaves and raspberries.

Love Potion

Course Drinks
Keyword gin, hibiscus syrup, lemon, sparkling wine, vanilla syrup

Ingredients

1 oz. Gin¾ oz. Lemon juice¼ oz. Vanilla syrup¾ oz. Hibiscus syrup3 oz. Sparkling wine

Instructions

Combine all ingredients except sparkling wine.
Add ice and shake until chilled.
Strain into a Champagne flute.
Top with sparkling wine.
Garnish with a rose petal.

Chocolate Covered Strawberry Cocktail

Course Drinks
Keyword Baileys chocolate liqueur, Simple syrup, strawberries, tequila

Ingredients

3 Strawberries sliced½ oz. Simple syrup1 oz. Don Julio Blanco tequila2 oz. Baileys Chocolate liqueur

Instructions

In a shaker with ice, add all ingredients.
Shake vigorously until chilled.
Fine strain into a chilled Martini glass
Garnish with a skewered heart-shaped strawberry
