Aperture Cellars’ 2026 Spring Wine Release

Aperture Cellars just announced its 2026 Spring Wine release. The lineup is anchored by limited-production single-vineyard Cabernet Sauvignons and complemented by bright, textured whites.

To celebrate the Spring Release, Jesse Katz, founder, and Aperture Estate, newly appointed #14 on World’s Best Vineyards, will host guests for a special Spring Dinner on Saturday, April 4. The evening will feature a curated selection of both new spring releases and wines from across Jesse’s career paired with a crafted multi-course menu by acclaimed local culinary Chef Nicholaus Balla, the celebrated chef of Bar Tartine (former) and author of Bar Tartine cookbook, which won a 2015 James Beard Award and IACP Cookbook Award, according to the winery. Tickets are available for purchase HERE
