Crescent Pear-adise
Course Drinks
Keyword gin, Green Chartreuse, lemon, pear liqueur, pearsecco, Simple syrup
1 ½ oz. Green House Artisan Gin¾ oz. Fresh lemon juice½ oz. Pear liqueur¼ oz. Green Chartreuse½ oz. Shimmering simple syrup 1:1 simple syrup with edible pearl luster dust2 oz. Pearsecco cider to top
Fill preferred glassware with ice.
In a shaker, combine gin, lemon juice, pear liqueur, Chartreuse and shimmering simple syrup.
Add ice and shake briefly until chilled.
Strain over fresh ice in the prepared glass.
Top with Pearsecco.
Gently stir to incorporate.
Garnish with a dehydrated pear wheel.

1 oz. Teeling Small Batch Irish whiskey1 oz. Peach schnapps1 oz. Lemon-lime soda1 oz. Sour mix
