Drink Experiences: The Blue Horizon at 1 Hotel

April is Earth Month, and on-premise operators often aim to do their part with a special sustainable offering. 1 Hotel, a sustainable luxury hotel operator specializing in nature-inspired experiences, has added a special, limited-time offer cocktail called the Blue Horizon.

Crafted with thoughtfully chosen ingredients, the Blue Horizon highlights a more sustainable approach to sipping, the company says. From Bombay Sapphire’s sustainably sourced botanicals to blue spirulina’s low-water footprint and clarified lime’s role in reducing citrus waste, every element was selected with intention.

The shimmery, ocean-hued serve is available across properties nationwide from New York to Los Angeles. And for every cocktail sold, 1 Hotel will plant one tree in partnership with the Arbor Day Foundation.
