Keyword coconut, Lillet rouge, lime, lychee puree, strawberry vodka
2 oz. Strawberry Lemongrass Grey Goose vodka½ oz. Lillet Rose1 oz. Lychee puree½ oz. Lime juiceTopped with Coconut lime foam*
Add ingredients to shaker and shake 10 seconds.
Double strain into chilled coupe glass.
Top with foam, spritz with edible botanical spray.
Garnish with micro flowers.
*For Coconut lime foam: 1 can Coconut milk, 2 oz. Coconut water, 1 oz. Lime juice, 1 oz. Simple syrup. Charge 1 times in iISI whip.
