In celebration of its Centennial year, the InterContinental Mark Hopkins San Francisco has revived its “100 Martini” experience at the Top of the Mark rooftop cocktail bar. As of May 25, 2026, guests can explore all 100 Martini offerings through a passport program and collect stamps as they make their way through the menu.
Originally introduced years ago as a signature guest experience, the 100 Martini Menu invited patrons to embark on a curated Martini journey while collecting stamps in a personalized Martini Passport. The reimagined experience honors that legacy while introducing a refreshed and elevated program designed for a new generation of cocktail enthusiasts and luxury travelers, according to the company.
The 100 Martini Menu features a mix of classic Martinis, contemporary creations and spirit-forward cocktails. Pricing currently ranges from $22 to $26 per cocktail, depending on the ingredients and preparation. Guests can explore all 100 offerings through the passport program and collect stamps as they make their way through the menu.
In a nod to the program’s devoted following, returning guests who still possess their original Martini Passports will be welcomed back to continue their journey without restarting from Martini #1. It’s a way of honoring the generations of loyal patrons who helped make the experience iconic, says the company.
