1 ½ oz. Tequila½ oz. Italicus Bergamot Rosolio1 oz. Fresh lime juice1 oz. Guava puréeFee Foam or egg white
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake until chilled and frothy.
Strain into a coupe glass.
Finished with a rainbow sugar rim or swirl.
