ThIs vodka-based sparkling cocktail comes from Midnight Rambler in Dallas.
In the Air
Ingredients
1 ½ oz. Grapefruit-infused Absolut Elyx vodka¾ oz. Grapefruit and coconut cordial¼ oz. Lime oleoTopped with house brut sparkling wine
Instructions
Combine ingredients except sparkling wine in a shaker.
Shake and pour over crushed ice in a fluted Collins glass.
Top with sparkling wine and gently stir.
Garnish with edible glitter and flowers.
