Apricot Fizz

Keyword apricot liqueur, Cappelletti, Cocchi Americano, Fee Foam, lemon, Old Tom Gin, saline, Simple syrup, soda water

Ingredients

1 oz. Hayman Old Tom Gin1 ¼ oz. Cappelletti½ oz. Cocchi Americano½ oz. Rothman & Winter Orchard apricot liqueur¼ oz. Simple syrup½ oz. Lemon2 dashes Saline 20%3 dashes Fee FoamSoda water

Instructions

Combine ingredients and shake with ice.
Reverse dry shake.
Double strain into rocks glass.
Top with soda.
Garnish with freshly grated lemon zest.
