For 50 servings:
2 ½ liters Tequila Cazadores Blanco
3 jars The Perfect Purée Carmelized Pineapple Concentrate, thawed
15 oz. The Perfect Purée Meyer Lemon Concentrate, thawed
30 oz. Simple Syrup
50 oz. Water
For 100 servings:
4 liters Tequila Cazadores Blanco
4 jars The Perfect Purée Carmelized Pineapple Concentrate, thawed
1 jar The Perfect Purée Meyer Lemon Concentrate, thawed
60 oz. Simple Syrup
100 oz. Water
In a large container combine all ingredients, stir well and serve over ice.
