This weekly meal plan has a good mix of fresh flavors, family favorites, and meals that come together easily, so you can spend less time deciding what to make and more time enjoying dinner.
I planned this weekly meal plan with real life in mind. Some nights call for something fresh and easy, while others need a dinner that feels a little more comforting. Everything on the menu is simple, family-friendly, and worth making again! Check out my other meal plans here!
Monday: Baked Caprese Chicken
Tuesday: Grilled BBQ Ribs
Wednesday: Chicken and Garden Vegetable Skillet
Thursday: Oven Baked Sheet Pan Nachos
Friday: One Pot Ground Beef Stroganoff
This free weekly menu plan provides 5 meals that will feed 4-6 (depending on whether you are feeding adults or kids) AND it includes a free shopping list!
Weekly Meal plans make the whole week feel easier! Here’s why I love having my dinners planned ahead of time:
Less Stress: You already know what’s for dinner, so there’s no last-minute scrambling.
Save Money: A plan helps you stick to your grocery list, use what you buy, and cut down on takeout.
Healthier Meals: With a plan and the right ingredients on hand, it’s easier to cook at home instead of grabbing takeout.
Save Time: Meal planning means fewer extra grocery trips and no more staring into the fridge wondering what to make.
Easier Evenings: Dinner feels more manageable, and everyone knows what they get to look forward to that week!
My weekly meal plans always come with a printable shopping list, all measured out and ready to go! It makes things so easy!
I only meal plan Monday-Friday because we sometimes have plans over the weekend, or I have leftovers to finish off the week! If you do have leftovers, make sure to store them properly in an airtight container in your fridge.
