Drink Experiences: The Bonded Journey at Stock & Bond OKC

Named for the historic “bonded” warehouses that helped define American whiskey, Stock & Bond OKC at The National, Autograph Collection hotel in downtown Oklahoma City has built a reputation around one of Oklahoma’s most extensive collections of American whiskey. The steakhouse is now transforming that collection into an immersive new guest experience.

The Bonded Journey goes beyond the traditional tasting flight with a guided experience featuring three Booker’s small-batch bourbons. The bourbons, including Charlie’s Batch 2023, Springfield Batch 2024 and Storyteller Batch 2023, are presented tableside in a handcrafted wooden case known as The Book of American Whiskey.

Each pour explores a different expression of the iconic barrel-strength bourbon while revealing a distinct chapter in America’s whiskey story. The experience culminates below in The Vault, an intimate speakeasy hidden behind the building’s original bank vault doors.

Guests use a custom combination card received during the tasting to unlock one of the historic safety deposit boxes, revealing the final course: house-made bread pudding finished with warm caramel sauce and salted caramel ice cream.

Priced at $50, The Bonded Journey combines premium bourbon, Oklahoma history, and interactive storytelling into one of the country’s most distinctive whiskey experiences.
