This rum drink is from Omni Hotels & Resorts’ Tiki Social, a tropical pop-up bar experience and cocktail program in collaboration with Jeff “Beachbum” Berry.
The Tropical Tease
Ingredients
¾ oz. Finest Call single-pressed lemon juice¾ oz. Finest Call pineapple juice½ oz. Raspberry Re’al puree syrup½ oz. White crème de cacao½ oz. Illegal joven mezcal1 ½ oz. Casamigos blanco tequila
Instructions
Combine ingredients and shake with ice cubes.
Strain into coupe glass.
Garnish with raspberry, orchid, pineapple fronds/leaves on a cocktail pick.
