This weekly meal plan has a little bit of everything, so there’s something everyone will love. These easy dinners give you plenty of variety while taking the stress out of what to make for dinner each night.
This weekly meal plan keeps dinner easy, flavorful, and family friendly. There’s a good mix of comforting favorites and lighter options, so you can switch things up without overthinking it. Move the meals around to fit your week and let the planning be one less thing on your to-do list.
Monday: One Pan Taco Mac
Tuesday: Chinese Lemon Chicken
Wednesday: Slow Cooker Boneless Pork Ribs
Thursday: Garlic Butter Herb Steak Bites and Potatoes
Friday: Crockpot Chicken and Gravy
Most of these recipes serve 4–6 people, which makes planning dinner easy. Smaller families may have leftovers for lunch the next day! Larger families should have just enough without needing to double the recipe.
No 5 p.m. Panic: Dinner is already decided, so you are not staring into the fridge wondering what to make.
Fewer Decisions: Plan once, and you do not have to figure out dinner every single night.
Smarter Shopping: Buy what you need, skip the random extras, and actually use what is in your fridge.
Less Takeout: Having a plan makes it much easier to skip the drive thru when everyone is hungry.
I include a printable shopping list with every weekly meal plan, with everything measured out and ready to shop. It saves time, keeps you organized, and makes busy weeknights feel so much easier. You can find all of my weekly meal plans here.
I only meal plan Monday-Friday because we sometimes have something going on over the weekend. If you do have leftovers, make sure to store them properly in an airtight container in your fridge.
