Flavor Feed: Coconut

Creamy, tropical, and unmistakably inviting, coconut has become one of the cocktail world’s most versatile flavors.

While it’s a staple in beachside classics like the Piña Colada, coconut also lends a silky texture and velvety mouthfeel to modern cocktails, pairing beautifully with citrus, tequila, rum, vodka, and sparkling wine.

As tropical and fruit-forward cocktails continue to gain popularity, bartenders are finding new ways to put fresh spins on familiar favorites. Bols Coconut Liqueur offers an authentic coconut profile that makes it easy to bring island-inspired flavor and texture to both classic and modern cocktails. Whether adding a tropical note to a Paloma, a refreshing lift to a Spritz, or a modern twist on a classic, Bols Coconut brings on the balanced coconut flavor.

Fun Fact: Despite its name, the coconut isn’t technically a nut—it’s classified as a drupe, or stone fruit, just like peaches, cherries, and olives.
