Drink of the Week: Devil’s Grin Gin Negroni
This week’s Drink of the Week is one of the cocktail world’s most iconic drinks, the Negroni. And with Negroni Week underway, there’s no better time to revisit the beautifully simple three-ingredient classic.
Equal parts Devil’s Grin Texas Gin, Campari, and sweet vermouth create a bold, bittersweet pour that lets the gin’s distinctive botanical character come through. Served over a large cube and finished with an expressed orange peel, it’s proof that sometimes the simplest cocktails are the ones worth coming back to.
Preparation
Add Devil’s Grin Texas Gin, Campari, and sweet vermouth to a mixing glass filled with ice.
Stir until chilled, then strain over a large cube of ice in a rocks glass.
Express an orange peel over the cocktail and garnish with the peel.
