Flavor Feed: Raspberry

Raspberry is one of those flavors that earns its keep year-round, but it really shines when menus start shifting.

Its tart-sweet profile can brighten fall LTOs, deepen winter cocktails, and add a pop of fresh flavor and color when everything else starts leaning brown, creamy, and spiced.

That’s the real power of raspberry: it brings a fresh angle to cooler-weather menus while staying squarely in guests’ comfort zone. With 94% of consumers knowing raspberry and 85% having tried it, it’s recognizable, craveable, and versatile enough to move from bright, refreshing builds into richer, cozier pairings as the season shifts.1

Of course, fresh raspberries can be delicate little divas. They bruise, spoil, and don’t exactly love high-volume service. That’s where Island Oasis® Red Raspberry Frozen Beverage Mix comes in—delivering bold, sun-kissed raspberry flavor in a convenient thaw-and-pour format. Made with intensely flavored red-purple raspberries, it brings vibrant berry flavor, refreshing tartness, and consistent color with none of the washing, blending, straining, or waste.

From there, raspberry can go pretty much wherever your menu needs it. Keep it crisp in lemonades and iced teas, make it playful in cocktails and mocktails, or let it lean richer in smoothies, milkshakes, and frozen drinks. It also pairs beautifully with lemon, strawberry, chocolate, and nutty notes, so you can take it refreshing, indulgent, nostalgic, or festive without having to reinvent the whole bar program.

So, as menus move from sunny afternoons into sweater-weather service and holiday-season sipping, raspberry brings the color and craveability to keep up. Start with this Berry Winter Spritz and watch the orders pour in:
