Course Drinks
Keyword coconut water, lime, pandan, pineapple, tequila
1 ½ oz. Don Julio Blanco infused with pineapple1 ½ oz. Vita Coco coconut water¾ oz. Lime¾ oz. Pandan syrup
Combine ingredients and shake.
Served in a coconut Tiki glass topped with crushed ice.
Garnish with pineapple leaf and umbrella.

Triple Threat Thyme
Course Drinks
Keyword agave, elderflower liqueur, grapefruit, lemon, orange, tequila
1 ½ oz. Southbound Reposado tequila½ oz. Fresh grapefruit juice½ oz. Fresh orange juice½ oz. Fresh lemon¼ oz. Light blue agave½ oz. Water⅛ oz. Elderflower liqueurPinch of salt
Rim of half glass with salt.
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake until cold.
Pour into rimmed glass.
Garnish with sliced citrus, ice and a sprig of thyme.

Mango y Chili Margarita
Course Drinks
Keyword agave, beet juice, habernero pepper, lime, tequila
2 oz. Tequila Herradura Silver½ oz. Beet juice¾ oz. Agave nectar to taste1 oz. Fresh lime juice1 slice Habanero pepperMango cubes
Muddle mango cubes in a shaker.
Add all remaining ingredients.
Top with ice and shake vigorously.
Strain into a glass over fresh ice.
Garnish with a mango slice.

1 ½ oz. Tequila Don Ramón Platinium Anejo Cristalino½ oz. Aperol1 oz. Coconut cream½ oz. Pineapple juice½ oz. Lemon juice½ oz. Agave honey
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
Shake vigorously and double strain.

1 ½ oz. Desolas mezcal½ oz. St. Germain elderflower liqueur¾ oz. Matcha agave syrup½ oz. Lime

Pour into rocks glass over ice.

2 oz. Don Julio tequila¾ oz. Lemon juice¾ oz. Ginger syrupMezcal
Combine tequila, juice and syrup and shake.
Strain over a large ice cube into a rocks glass.
Spray 9 mists of mezcal over top of drink.
Garnish with a lemon wedge.

Spicy Garden-Rita
Course Drinks
Keyword agave, blanco tequila, jalepeno, lime, mint, Munyon’s Paw-Paw, orange, pineapple, spinach
1 ½ oz. Blanco Tequila½ oz. Lime juice½ oz. Orange juice¼ oz. Agave simple syrup 50% agave 50% water¼ oz. Munyon’s Paw-Paw aperitif3 large chunks of Fresh pineapple3 Cilantro leaves5 Mint leaves1 slice of Jalapeño seeded1 cup of Spinach
Throw all ingredients into a blender.
Blend on high for 15 seconds.
Pour over ice in a Collins class.
Serve with a dehydrated lime.
Garnish with a pineapple leaf, a cocktail umbrella and a fun straw.
