3/4 basil simple syrup
2 dashes orange bitters
1 oz. Fresh mandarin juice
3/4 Lillet Blanc
2 oz Plymouth Gin
LaMarca Prosecco
Fresh squeezed lemon juice Fresh squeezed mandarin syrup Basil and Orange Bitters infused simple syrup Combine all ingredients and shake.
Top with Prosecco.
Garnish with Basil and mandarin peel curl.

Dry shake all ingredients, then shake with ice.
Double strain into chilled coupe glass.
Garnish with Orange peel, 2 cinnamon sticks, and 3 drops cinnamon bitters.
1 large sweet potato
2 cups water
orange zest
1 tbsp vanilla extract
Roast sweet potatoes.
In a saucepan, bring ingredients to boil then reduce to simmer.
Simmer for 8 minutes.
Let cool and strain through mess strainer.

1 oz Frangelico
1 oz Amaretto
