1 ½ oz. Aviation American Gin½ oz. Blanc vermouth1 oz. The Perfect Purée Strawberry Puree thawed½ oz. Basil and rose honey½ oz. BergamotMineral water to top
Add all ingredients and shake for 5 seconds.
Strain into a Nick and Nora.
Top with mineral water.
Garnish with a basil “boat” and dehydrated roses.
