Lei Over

This vodka cocktail gets a flavor boost from elderflower liqueur and coconut water.

Course Drinks

Keyword coconut water, elderflower liqueur, lime, orange bitters, soda, vodka

1½ oz. Pau Maui vodka½ oz. Fiorente elderflower liqueur½ oz. Fresh lime juice2 dashes Orange bitters1 oz. Coconut water1 oz. Soda water

Add all ingredients except the soda to a shaker tin.

Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously.

Strain ingredients into Collins glass over ice cubes.

Top with soda water.

Garnish with lemon wheel and flower.
