This delicious drink balances sweet, citrus, and bitter flavors.
1 ½ oz. Deanston Virgin Oak Whisky
1 cube brown sugar
Dash Angostura bitters
Splash water
Muddle the sugar and Angostura bitters together in glass with splash of water.
Drop in ice and whisky give it a good mix.
Add squeeze of orange zest and twist to garnish.
