Naranja Paloma

This bright, mezcal-based cocktail is perfect for Halloween, Day of the Dead, or any festive fall celebrations.

1 ½ oz. Lobos 1707 Mezcal Artesanal½ oz. Ancho Reyes Verde liqueur1 ½ oz. Grapefruit juice1 ½ oz. Soda water1 oz. Fresh tangerine or Mandarin orange juice½ oz. Agave nectar½ oz. Fresh-squeezed lime juiceBlack lava salt


Use a lime wedge to rim a rocks glass with black lava salt.
Combine all ingredients, except soda, in a cocktail shaker.
Add ice and shake until chilled.
Add fresh ice to salted glass, then strain shaker into the glass.
Top off with soda water and stir to combine.
Garnish with mandarin orange slice.
