Behind the Cocktail: Ms. Monroe
As time goes on, Marilyn continues to be a cultural icon around the world, and so, with that, S Bar at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas has created a cocktail that emulates her exuberant spirit, the Ms. Monroe.

Ms. Monroe
Ingredients
3/4 oz El Jolgorio Cuixe Mezcal
3/4 oz Yellow Chartreuse
3/4 oz Aperol
3/4 oz fresh lime juice
Preparation
Add all ingredients into a mixing tin, fill with ice, shake vigorously until cold, strain into a cocktail/coupe glass.
Garnish with a Marilyn Monroe wafer.
